Something on PICKL breaks a rule

Use the report option on the post, comment, profile or message itself rather than emailing. A report carries the content and the context with it, so a moderator can act immediately. Reports are private. See the Community Guidelines.

Someone is in danger

Contact your local emergency services first. PICKL cannot respond in real time. See Safety.

Your account

Most account problems are solved in Settings — changing your handle or email, resetting your password, reviewing sign-ins, signing out other devices, deactivating, or deleting your account.

Everything else

Support, press, partnerships, venue and club listings, copyright notices and data requests each need a monitored address. These have not been set up yet and are deliberately not invented here — publishing a support address that nobody reads is worse than publishing none.
